World Airways Extends MD-11 Freighter Contract With Etihad Crystal Cargo

World Airways, a subsidiary of Global Aviation Holdings Inc., has extended a contract with Etihad Crystal Cargo to provide two MD-11 cargo aircraft into 2011, operating on scheduled routes to Europe, Asia and Africa. “World Airways has provided Etihad Crystal Cargo with international MD-11 cargo service since 2007,” said Brian Bauer, Global’s chief commercial officer.
