ExpressJet Accepts SkyWest, Inc. Acquisition Proposal

ExpressJet Holdings, Inc. , parent company of regional and charter airline operator, ExpressJet Airlines, Inc., today announced that it signed a definitive merger agreement with SkyWest, Inc.
