		<description>This app is just hype with no substance to back it up. The Virgin Atlantic program is the same thing that we did at the only program at Pan Am that Captain Truman &quot;Slim&quot; Cummings started in 1975 with education about how flying works and relaxation exercises.

That approach was never successful. The &quot;graduates&quot; who flew with their hands held by the group and the instructor were not given the internal strength to fly solo. Though over 90% do the grad flight, a year later, only 65% can still fly, which is the same as who could fly before the course.

Relaxation exercises - according to research - are completely useless when flying. Yet, that is what this course depends on.

There are solid courses available, but this is not one of them.</description>
