Air China wins "Best Organization" and "Best Booth" awards

Air China has won awards for "Best Organization" and "Best Booth" at the China International Travel Market (CITM), held in Kunming, China, between the 19th and 22nd of November 2009.

The CITM is the largest international tourist exhibition in Asia, and it covers an area of 50 square kilometers and consists of 2,148 exhibition booths. Government officers, corporate exhibitors and buyers from 94 countries, regions and international organizations take part in the exhibition. Air China has participated in the CITM for the past nine years. During the four-day exhibition, Air China demonstrated its latest products and innovations to both domestic and foreign visitors.

At CITM, the Air China booth was decorated with a banner with the message, "Welcoming guests from all over the world". The booth was divided into a stage area, product exhibition area, and business discussion area and provided information on Air China Express, online payment, Forbidden Pavilion and Capital Pavilion, Mobile Phone check-in services and awards that Air China has received in recent years.

In the centre of the Air China booth, fifteen airplane models with different liveries attracted many visitors. Since 2004, Air China has launched a series of brightly designed airplanes such as the "Olympic Pavilion", the "Propitious Pavilion", the "Torch Fire Pavilion", the "Forbidden Pavilion", the "Capital Pavilion", the "Peony Pavilion" and the "Huabo Pavilion". The display impressed both domestic and foreign visitors with its bright colors and lively design.
