World Airways Adds MD-11 Passenger Aircraft to Fleet

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ — World Airways, a subsidiary of Global Aviation Holdings, Inc., has added an MD-11 passenger aircraft to its fleet. The aircraft is the company’s sixth of this type.

“We continue to see high demand for military charters and this MD-11, with its high payload capabilities, will help us meet our customers’ needs,” said Jeff Sanborn, chief marketing officer.
