DENVER, June 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Today, Frontier announced its fall 2009 schedule. Highlights include increased frequencies to Las Vegas, Phoenix, Sacramento, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. Beginning Sept. 14, 2009, Frontier will add a seventh roundtrip to both Las Vegas and Phoenix and a fourth roundtrip to Sacramento. On Oct. 5, 2009, Frontier will add a second roundtrip flight to both Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, just in time for the fall tourism season in Florida.

Also beginning Sept. 14, 2009, Albuquerque, Omaha and Salt Lake City will see additional flights as Frontier’s wholly-owned subsidiary Lynx Aviation begins service in these markets, joining the previously announced new Lynx service to Tulsa which starts on Aug. 2, 2009.

As part of the new schedule, Lynx will discontinue all service to both El Paso and Grand Junction effective Sep. 14, 2009.

“Our customers have clearly demonstrated a demand for more seats in certain markets, and we are more than happy to accommodate,” said Frontier President and CEO Sean Menke. “We also look forward to having Lynx bring its record of safe, outstanding performance to more of our regional destinations. And we will continue to optimize our entire route map to make sure we have the right aircraft in the right markets to best meet the demand.”
