Finnair says that its flights to and from London are operating normally on Tuesday.
The day before, the flag carrier cancelled many flights because of snow storms in the UK that interrupted traffic at major airports.
The Tuesday morning flight from Helsinki to London took off on time, and a midday arrival from the British capital also operated normally.
Finnair has three more scheduled flights to London on Tuesday. Spokesperson Hanna-Kaisa Nurmi said the weather should not stop them from flying. The return flights from London are also expected to fly on schedule.
However the airline says that the situation may still change during the day. More snow is expected on Tuesday in some parts of England and Scotland, and there are still delays in ground transport.
As the week began, south-east England was hit by its heaviest snow in 18 years, throwing both Heathrow and Gatwick airports into chaos.
On Monday, there were also problems with flights to Paris. The first flight of the day was delayed by around three hours and another flight by two hours. Flights to and from Milan were also delayed by bad weather.
