Monarch Airlines voted as ‘Best Charter Airline’

Readers of the Daily Telegraph have voted Monarch as the ‘Best Charter Airline’ for the second year in the Telegraph Reader awards which were announced on 25-Nov-08. Over 25,000 readers were recently polled in Britain’s biggest travel survey.

Commenting on the award, managing director of Monarch Airlines, Tim Jeans said, “We are delighted that Telegraph readers have once again recognised Monarch as their favourite Charter Airline. Our commitment to care and service clearly resonates with them and we have yet again proved that we can deliver great value and exceptional service time after time”.

Monarch currently operates a fleet of 30 aircraft, serving over 100 destinations world-wide. Services are split between scheduled and charter flights, with the airline carrying over 7 million passengers per year.
