Customers of Eclipse Aviation Corporation have four lawsuits pending in federal court against the Albuquerque aircraft manufacturer.
Three companies an a California man are accusing Eclipse of failing to refund deposits after it raised the price of its very light jet to more than $2 million in June.
The plaintiffs are Loeb Holding Corporation of New York, Robert Bigler of Cupertino, California, Royal Properties NV of Belgium and London-based Ice Blue Air Limited.
They are seeking refunds ranging from $152,000 to $182,000 that were paid as deposits after they ordered their Eclipse 500s.
Eclipse spokeswoman Alana McCarraher says she can’t comment on pending litigation.
Eclipse executives deny in court records that the company acted fraudulently or in bad faith.
